Upon graduation from The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Global/Strategic Management, Adam joined the Retail Industry in a managerial position. This opportunity gave him a very clear focus on what a good sales and customer service professional has to do to be effective and successful. He appreciated the contact he had with both his management and the customers that came to do business with the company.

Adam joined Management Recruiters of Bethlehem, PA, as an Account Executive in the Food and CPG Industries. The recruiting business for Adam has been a terrific experience because it allows him to match the right candidate with the right company. He believes in listening and probing with regard to his client’s needs in order to make sure that the candidates he presents see the potential position as a real opportunity.
