Retained Search is a full service option that offers a dedicated project team assigned to your search until completion. Retained Search is utilized at all levels when the need is of a critical nature. The replacement guarantee is for 180 days and all recruited candidates are exclusively presented to the client. Terms and conditions of retained searches typically include:

  • Exclusive 25 Step Search Process
  • 1/3 due upon signing contract
  • 1/3 due upon presentation of short list of candidates
  • 1/3 due 30 days after candidate presentation
  • Service Charge is based on the estimated first year’s compensation – base salary, bonuses and commissions included
  • Free personality profiling

Priority Search is best utilized for positions which must be filled in a timely period and require thorough, professional representation in the marketplace. We guarantee that we will recruit and present a minimum of two qualified candidates for the client to interview within the first 45 days. We will stay dedicated to the search until the position is filled. The replacement guarantee is for 90 days and candidate exclusivity is for a period of 30 days. Terms and conditions of priority searches typically include:

  • Exclusive 25 Step Search Process
  • Service Charge is based on the estimated first year’s compensation – base salary, bonuses and commissions included
  • 1/3 of the Service Charge required as a deposit to be deducted off final charge
  • Full payment due on start date
  • Contingency Search may be used for ongoing openings that are not urgent in nature. This option is selected when a critical need does not exist and utilization for a particular profile is constant. The replacement guarantee is 30 days. No exclusivity of candidates is offered. Terms and conditions for contingency searches include:
  • Service Charge is based on the estimated first year’s compensation – base salary, bonuses and commissions included
  • Full payment due on start date

Contingency Search may be used for ongoing openings that are not urgent in nature. This option is selected when a critical need does not exist and utilization for a particular profile is constant. The replacement guarantee is 30 days. No exclusivity of candidates is offered. Terms and conditions for contingency searches include:

  • Service Charge is based on the estimated first year’s compensation – base salary, bonuses and commissions included
  • Full payment due on start date
